Interim Attachment of Assets – Enforcement measures
We regularly represent and assist clients in the protection of their creditor rights, including by soliciting and obtaining the temporary attachment or arrest of debtor’s assets.
Interim attachment measures (“saisies-conservatoires”) can be practiced on all kinds of property, receivables and rights belonging to the debtor, such as, without limitation:
-
Sums of money deposited in a bank
-
Shares and other corporate rights
-
Commercial property
-
Boats and ships
-
Aircraft
-
Going concern
-
Other miscellaneous assets
The firm also assists debtors whose assets are subject to protective attachments to obtain the release of the assets’ arrest, before all competent jurisdictions.
